An online platform where citizens can interact digitally with public services, making it possible to pay state fees such as licenses, permits, services, and other taxes in a unified system.

A digital and online platform that enables citizens to perform state payments through a single website or mobile application. By allowing citizens to pay taxes, ranging from household bills to traffic fines, among others, operational costs are reduced, and control and transparency are increased, lowering fraud risks.

This e-payment platform can also provide governments with simulations of the uptake of digital transactions. As transactions are stored in the cloud, analytics could predict whether an individual can pay a particular tax based on that person's records. While also delivering data management opportunities to help optimize both monitoring and prediction analytics, governments could use this platform to allow citizens to easily access their expenses.
