Using UVC irradiation devices, machine vision, and sensors, this tool can automatically detect impurities and ensure proper compliance with hygienic procedures across different industries.

Through ultraviolet C (UVC) irradiation, it is possible to detect and eliminate dirt, germs, and grime from surfaces and equipment pieces. Different types of devices, from lightbulbs to scanners, can be combined with AI-controlled robots and are used to deploy the UVC light into an area to disinfect areas that are nearly impossible for the naked human eye to detect. Sensors measure and provide the proper amount of UVC energy necessary to eradicate pathogens, ensuring a safe environment.

While prolonged exposure to UVC light can be damaging to humans, the far-UVC wavelength is still effective against pathogens and safe for humans, making it suitable to address hand hygiene, which is fundamental in reducing the spread of certain diseases and avoiding contamination.
