An artificially intelligent entity programmed to be responsible for administrative procedures. By crossing data and deploying data analytics, it could be used to identify patterns in bureaucratic flux and improve decision-making processes. This system could overcome traditional human deficiencies in governing by using deep learning implemented as a probabilistic evidence-based architecture, which would be able to analyze massive amounts of data to find the best possible answers, even to complex queries.

This solution could eliminate major issues found in the political sphere related to biases, corruption, greed, lust, and nepotism. Since they could also cooperate with other machines, these agents could be trained to systematically identify unfairness while lowering the risk of errors or mistakes when partnering with humans. Current developments are testing AI governance and trust system to audit public matters, drive internal communication and change management, and measure possible outcomes of law implementations.
